I am 61 years old and walk like I'm 91 years old. I have a terribly stiff neck and back. Today I had my second massage by Amanda and she is just amazing! I feel rejuvenated! I don't have the horrible headache I've had for the last week. I'm not nauseated from the pain in my head and back. She is absolutely wonderful - the best masseuse I've ever had! 

My company hosted an employee appreciation event and brought out a few of your massage therapists. Janelle was my masseuse today and she was amazing. Even at ten minutes, my body felt so much more relaxed at the end of my session. With three small children at home, it's hard to find time to relax and pamper myself, but I will definitely be reaching out to schedule another visit with her! Thank you Janelle! :) My first experience was perfection. Janelle was a great masseuse and made sure that I was comfortable at all times during my session. I look forward to booking with her in the future. :)

Andrina does the best job. She listens to my concerns and gives the appropriate amount of pressure. I always leave feeling great!

Jared is amazing!! He was one of two absolutely amazing therapists who came to our company today for 20 minute chair massages as a gift from our employer. I've had massages just about everywhere in the city and nothing compared to this one. Truly outstanding experience; professional, perfect pressure and technique and very polite. Even though it was only a chair massage, please believe me when I say, absolute bliss! Thank you so much!!!

Excellent! Amazing!!! I had fallen from my bike three weeks ago and was in constant pain even after multiple trips to chiro. Jahaven was able to eliminate the pain in one session!! His technique is amazing!! Nothing like I have ever had but more effective than any other massage I have received. Definitely will return.

Excellent! Recently enjoyed a Massage & Oxygen session with Jahaven. He is Ja"hmazing". I truly appreciate the Shiatsu/Sports Massage approach you all offer. My session was customized based on my concerns and I am grateful for that. My shoulders feel less tense and they move more freely. Self-care is important and sometimes it can be an adventure to make the time. As a LMT I check in [about what’s going on in my body] with self-care through Massage Therapy and I look forward to it. Very glad I stopped by The Backstop. The flexible hours, various services, "open bar" like setting, and amicable staff make it easy to recommend. Looking forward to checking in again soon. There is no better place to get a massage in okc! I went in immediately after oral surgery and it was fantastic! I have gone here forever and can always count on walking away feeling better than when I came in. I won't go anywhere else. I not only highly recommend thebackstop...it is my only recommendation for massage. I love the flavored oxygen too! I won't get a massage without it! Give it a try...you won't regret it! But prepare to be addicted! At $1/minute tho, that's not a problem. I go in for 5 minutes to 40 minutes and it's always beneficial and I'm always more than satisfied! Love love love this place!

Janelle and another young lady came to my job and gave us massages and I had Janelle. She was really good, so I wanted to come to the business to see what they were about. All I can say is awesomeness! Thank you! I loved the experince and also brought my 18 year old daughter with me to get a massage also.

EXCELLENT! I had an aching back for a few days.  I stopped in hoping they had time for a walk in.  I was take care of immediately.  Thomas was very friendly, professional, listened to mum direction, and fixed my back problem.  I am very pleased.  Plus, bottled water for a dollar, that's cheaper than most vending machines!  Don't change a thing.

OMG! I went yesterday for the first time and it was amazing. Wayne gave me my massage and he was great! The price was very reasonable. Which is another reason I'll be back regularly. I'll also be telling all my friends.

Everyone in the office is very nice and friendly. I have been twice and they already know my name and make you feel welcome. The massages are wonderful. They do not try to over sell you extra services like other places. They listen to what ask and they understand. I love it here. 

My wife and I enjoyed our 30 minutes massages. It was very relaxing and worth every penny.

We used to travel to Edmond for massages until we found out about the great owners of this business. We have never been disappointed by coming to this place exclusively now. It's a closer drive and the massage therapist staff is really great at what they do.

I have gone to The Backstop for several mothns and have never been disappointed. The staff is always courteous and the massages heavenly.  

I have enjoyed the Backstop since they opened in Penn Square mall. I have migrane headaches - so I visit the BackStop for relief. Awesome group of people!

I like going to the backstop. I have been a regular for a couple of years now and I have no complaints. Even when they moved locations which was beyond their control, the owner called me to let me know. They take time to make sure your comfortable and it's worth the money. My favorite therapists are amanda and andrina. They are amazing!
